Intermittent Login Issue
Dear Motive customer,
Permanent solutions have been implemented to resolve the intermittent login issues to the Fleet Dashboard that were occurring for a small percentage of users. Full reliability was restored at 8AM PT today and we don’t expect further interruption to any users.
We apologize for the inconvenience you may have encountered, and greatly appreciate your patience while we improved our platform to ensure this cannot happen again.

Dear Motive customer,
Some customers may experience an issue logging in to the Fleet Dashboard. Should you receive an error, or the login page does not proceed, please try again, as the issue is intermittent and only affecting a small percentage of users.
We have identified the issue and are currently implementing a permanent fix.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update when the issue is completely resolved.
