We are pleased to inform you that all services in Canada have been fully restored as of 3 PM PT and are now functioning properly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your patience during this time.

Problem Identified

AT&T is currently experiencing a partial roaming service outage in Canada which may impact the ability of our devices to upload data to our servers. While our devices continue to function and record data, there could be a temporary delay in updates to our Fleet Dashboard and Fleet App until services are fully restored. Our technical team is actively monitoring the situation, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue promptly.
