On July 11 between 5:00 and 5:30 PM PDT we will be performing upgrades to one of our critical databases, during which time users may experience up to 5 minutes of potential interruption and may see errors in the Fleet Dashboard, Driver and Fleet mobile apps, and public APIs. No data will be lost should there be an interruption, as a retry will continue as normal.
This maintenance is being scheduled to improve the security, reliability, and performance of our databases. Teams will be working diligently to keep the window of interruption as narrow as possible.
