Latest vehicle image and FaceMatch features issue on Fleet Dashboard

Dear Motive customer,

Starting 9:10AM PST, while on the Fleet Dashboard, customers may experience an error retrieving the latest image from a vehicle, and the image shown on the Fleet View may be delayed. Customers subscribed to the FaceMatch feature may experience a delay of driver assignments to trips.

Our team has identified the cause and solution, and is working on restoring functionality as soon as we can.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update when the issue is completely resolved.
