Dear Motive Customers,
We are currently experiencing delayed processing for data from VGs received between a 28 hour window from 6:30 am PST on 5th Aug 24 to 10:30 am PST on 6th Aug 24. This will result in discrepancies in historical data from vehicle gateways and reports for the above duration. New data is currently being processed in real time without issues. We currently expect the backlog to be processed by Aug 8th EOD and we are actively looking into accelerating the backlog processing.
