Dear Motive Customers,

Our Public API experienced intermittent disruptions from 9:45 AM PT to 10:00 AM PT. During this time, there were also intermittent failures affecting up to 30% of some requests in the Fleet Dashboard and Mobile apps. No data was disrupted, and all retries were successful.

Our teams have identified and mitigated this issue and are introducing additional safeguards to prevent this disruption from recurring.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve the issue.
