ELD output files via web services functionality degradation

As of November 26, 2024 at 1:30 AM UTC, permanent solutions have been implemented to resolve the issue with sending US ELD output files via the Motive Fleet Management dashboard and Motive Driver App using the Web Service method.

Investigating

Starting on November 22, 2024 at 2100 UTC, US ELD output files sent via the Motive Fleet Management dashboard and Motive Driver App using the Web Service method are failing. Motive is investigating the root cause of the failure. Output files sent via email are not affected. Until Motive resolves this issue, customers should send ELD output files via the email option instead. The issue does not impact Canada output files.
