Safety Scores Delayed

Dear Motive customers,

This issue was resolved today at 10:30 AM PT. Safety Scores are now fully up to date in the Dashboard and Driver App.

We confirmed that all underlying safety events were successfully recorded during the delay and have now been fully incorporated into the scores. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we restored normal processing.

We are investigating an issue causing delays in Safety Score updates for fleets. Safety Scores in the Dashboard and Driver App may not reflect the latest driving activity.
