The underlying Fleet Events issue was identified and mitigated. Face Matching is delayed and should be back to normal in 3 hours. Motive Analytics data should be caught up in 3 hours. Safety events (such as hard braking or collision), AI Dashcam events (such as close following, driver distraction, and mobile phone usage) are delayed and should catch up in a few hours.
