Fleet Events and Locations Delay
Dear Motive customer,
Permanent solutions have been implemented to resolve the intermittent issues to the Fleet Dashboard that were occurring for a small percentage of users. Full reliability was restored at 8AM PT today and we now have full confidence there will be no further interruption to any users.
We apologize for the inconvenience you may have encountered, and greatly appreciate your patience while we improved our platform to ensure this cannot happen again.
Dear Motive customers,
Some fleets may experience a delay in the Vehicle location history and trips displayed in the Fleet Dashboard and Reports, as well as in AI-related events uploading to the dashboard. We are actively investigating the issue and working on mitigating the delays.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as things progress.
