Dear Motive Customers,

We are pleased to inform you that the issue affecting our services has been resolved.

Our Public API experienced intermittent disruptions from 6:25 AM PT to 6:55 AM PT. During this time, there were also intermittent failures affecting up to 3% of some requests in the Fleet Dashboard and Mobile apps. No data was disrupted, and all retries were successful.

Our teams are introducing further safeguards, in addition to the rate limiting and other protections already existing, to ensure this edge case and any other improper usage of our API by partners and customers cannot impact the experience of our customer base at large.
