Fleet Events and Locations delay

Dear Motive customers,
This issue was resolved 5:05 PM PT. Vehicle location history and trips in the Fleet Dashboard and Reports, and event notifications, are now displayed in real time.
Additional safeguards are also being implemented to ensure that critical pipeline is not disturbed in the future.
We apologize again for the delay and thank you for your understanding while we resolved the matter.

Some fleets may be experiencing a delay in the Vehicle location history and trips of up to 14 minutes, displayed in the Fleet Dashboard and Reports. Live locations on the Fleet View remain real-time. We are actively investigating the issue and mitigating delays.
