All events are now real-time, as well as image and video recall capabilities and the new device lifecycle.

If any request was made to a vehicle’s device that became offline during this time, rest assured those will be completed as soon as the vehicle is online again.

Fleets may still experience delays in receiving transaction updates from Motive Cards and might experience intermittent declines.

Some data in the new Motive Analytics area is delayed and the remaining data backlog will complete later in the day. Standard reports and analytics in the product are real-time.

Dear Motive customer,

Fleets may still be experiencing delays in AI Dashcam events (such as close following, driver distraction, and mobile phone usage), while Safety events are again real-time. AI Dashcam events are delayed about one hour and reducing.

Fleets might experience delays in receiving transaction updates from Motive Cards and might experience elevated declines.

Image and video recall requests to devices are delayed, and new devices may not reach an active status. These device operations will eventually succeed, and if a device has gone offline, will automatically retry once that device and vehicle are online.

New Motive Analytics data may still be delayed, as well. Standards reports and analytics in the product are real-time.

Our teams are working to restore these sources to real-time while our primary service provider also continues to work towards full recovery.
