The outage with our SMS service provider has been resolved and services have recovered. All functionalities are working again.

We apologise for the inconvenience you may have encountered, and greatly appreciate your patience while we improved our platform to ensure this cannot happen again.

Dear Motive Customer,
We are currently experiencing a service disruption with our SMS service provider. As a result, our system is unable to receive or process unlock commands sent via SMS. Please use the Mobile App to unlock your card. Alternatively, you may temporarily disable the unlock requirement in your account settings until SMS services are restored.
