All collision, safety, and trip-related events that occurred between 12:10 AM PST and 2:45 AM PST have been successfully processed and are now live on the fleet dashboard. No events were lost during this period.

Dear Motive Customer,

We regret to inform you that fleets have been experiencing delays in uploading collision, safety and trip-related events to the dashboard after 12:10 AM PST. The delay has extended up to 45 minutes, but no events were lost during this period.

The underlying issue has been identified, and a resolution has been implemented. However, the current lag is approximately 25 minutes. Events generated during the impacted window may still appear with a delay as our systems continue to process the backlog. Our team is actively working to ensure that all affected events are fully processed and reflected in the dashboard as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Our teams are working diligently to resolve these delays with utmost importance.
